Terms

The AI Syndicate is a union of its members. It is operated by The Tech Nation S.L., Barcelona, Spain, which is its founding member. Every other person or company listed is an independent member and speaks only for itself.

1. Publisher

2. Membership

Membership is personal or corporate. The fee scales with the size of the member. Admission does not: it rests on one person and one thing shipped, and it is decided by the operator after a conversation. Any member may leave at any time, with no claim on the Syndicate and none on them.

3. Pooled stages

A stage put in the pool is offered to members in good faith. The organiser keeps the final say on who speaks. The Syndicate never sells a speaking slot.

4. Trademarks

The AI Syndicate name, the asterisk mark and the packaging are the property of The Tech Nation S.L. Member names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their consent.

5. Data

The public site sets two short-lived cookies to remember which product you were served and which one you chose. The members area sets one cookie to remember that you opened the pack. No analytics, no tracking. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared.
