Manifesto
AI is now part of everyday work. It reads, writes, sorts, answers and decides, in companies of every size, planned for or not. No company can reasonably ignore it anymore. Most buyers cannot tell what works from what is being sold to them, and they pay for it, in money and in time. The AI Syndicate is a union of people who build AI. Each of us is known for something we delivered and held to the quality of it. Nothing is for sale on this page. It is a shelf: who we are, what we do, where we are. Use it to find someone you can trust, then hold them to it.

Not a deck, not a roadmap. A product, a system, a model, in production, with users who were not obliged to be polite about it.

One person, one feat
A company enters through a person and the one thing they shipped. The name goes on the label. The logo follows.

Pool your declined stages
Every talk you cannot take goes into the pot. Another member takes it. That is the whole mechanism, and it works.
